Let's start thinking by making with Experiment Driven Design.

What is Experiment-Driven Design?

What is Experiment-Driven Design?

Steve Jobs famously said, "Design isn't just how it looks and how it feels. It's how it works." Why can't design also help us define what "it" is?

The Experiment-Driven Design process was crafted to do this for early-stage products, platforms, and services. It helps us focus on the unique and strategic aspects of a product first, and evolve them rapidly through experimentation.

What is this workshop?

To celebrate Lean Startup week we are offering one day workshops at no cost to you. This workshop is a full-day immersion into Experiment-Driven Design where your team will apply the practice to a real problem or opportunity for your organization. By the end of the day, we'll have identified a possible solution to build and test.

We customize each workshop, but here's a sample agenda:

  • Setting up your innovation backlog
  • Getting to the best idea
  • Planning the experiment
  • Rapid prototyping
  • Getting real feedback

Are you prepared?

A full-day workshop is a big investment of your time and ours, so we want to be sure you are prepared to get the most out of your workshop. Here's what we're looking for before scheduling your workshop:

  • You're willing to discover that your idea doesn't work
  • You have the budget and executive support to proceed with the experiment
  • You have access to or can hire a small, balanced team
